We partnered with spaceagency to execute a highly detailed addition to an existing generational home that extends into the neighbouring property.

The new build takes advantage of the ocean views and is designed around a beautiful, north-facing courtyard, as well as the established greenscape - including a very old Norfolk Pine that sits as a landmark high on the hill.
